Tonight was Skyline night. I admit, I used a can of Skyline chili and didn't make my own. For the uninitiated:
4-Way -
spagetti
red beans
chili
shredded cheese
Remove beans and it is a 3-way. Add diced onions and you have a 5-way. Don't forget the hot sauce!
Since we never eat all the chili, we have coney dogs too. Boil hot dogs, serve on bun with mustard, chili, cheese and finely diced onions. Top with hot sauce if desired.

Is that from the Skyline Diner? I saw them on Food Network one time.
